Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, if our customers are not happy then we are not happy. We use the ROTOVAC 360i for our carpet cleaning, the machine is amazing. The guys from Always Greta Service did an amazing job on our carpets. We have 3 big dogs and they are very had on the carpet coming in and out. They were able to bring the carpet back looking as good as new! I purchased a Groupon for this service and found out it couldn’t be used. The company no longer allows Groupons; however Gerell contacted me directly and made things right. Our carpets were cleaned within the week and look new again. We will definitely refer people to use this company.
